Dear Future Girl, Even when I was growing up I was a little romantic. I’ll tell you now that I’m an old school romantic and I try to be chivalrous at all times. I’m not perfect, far from it actually, but if you give me a chance I want to make you feel perfect because to me you will be. You may see yourself as damaged, but I see myself that way too. I hope you don’t see me that way though because believe me your flaws and past are a part of what make you so incredibly beautiful. I’m sure that you will light up my world like I have never experienced before. When we finally meet if you give me a chance I want to do all the little things for you. I want to find different ways to tell you how beautiful you are every day. I may not do this with words. I might just randomly buy you flowers because their beauty reminded me of how beautiful you are, write little notes and leave them for you to find, make a playlist where the first letter of the songs spell out “you are beautiful”, and/or many ideas I have that you will just have to wait and find out about. I don’t just want to date you I want to court you. I want to treat you as well as you deserve. I want to find small ways to reassure that I’m in this for a long time and that you mean so much to me.  I want to take you out, give you my coat if you get cold, open the car door for you, walk closer to the road if we go for a walk, plan little things to do as a surprise for you, and walk you to the door at night. I will always try to text you good morning before you wake up and I’ll stay up as late as I need to tell you goodnight before you go to sleep.  I promise to hold you when you are sad and do anything I can think of to cheer you up. I’ll cuddle with you whenever you want and watch any movie you want because I will most likely be watching and thinking about you and only slightly watching the movie. I promise you this and more once we finally meet, until then I hope you are doing okay and know that I think you are beautiful. Love, Hopeless Romantic
